Program Development Manager – Apple B2B

About the role

The Program Development Manager for Apple B2B will act as the primary liaison with key Apple partners, driving business development and revenue growth across Armenia. You will lead B2B sales initiatives, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure delivery of commitments to corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Analyse market trends, segment customers, and set strategic objectives.
• Promote new vertical solutions based on Apple and non‑Apple products.
• Manage transactions, CRM, and sales pipeline from lead to project closure.
• Lead negotiations with major regional clients and system integrators.
• Monitor KPIs of B2B teams and control financial performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or product management.
• Strong knowledge of the Armenian B2B market, including corporate clients and system integrators.
• Proven track record in managing public and corporate tenders.
• Excellent client‑relationship and negotiation skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Russian.
• Results‑driven, analytical, and able to work independently under pressure.
