About the role

CivilNet Studio is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its client base and drive commercial growth. You will lead the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to contract signing, for high‑quality video and digital content services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise CivilNet Studio’s sales and business‑development system.
• Identify and attract new clients from the private sector, technology firms, international organisations and other entities.
• Manage the full sales cycle – initial contact, meetings, commercial proposals, negotiations and contract execution.
• Maintain a structured CRM/sales‑pipeline database.
• Prepare customised commercial offers and presentations.
• Collaborate with editorial and production teams to design service packages that meet client needs.
• Promote Studio services through targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Monitor sales performance and regularly report on meetings, proposals, contracts and revenue.

Required profile

• Higher education in business, marketing, communication, management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, business development or client‑partner management experience.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients, negotiating deals and closing contracts.
• Practical knowledge of CRM systems and sales‑management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Experience in selling media, communication, creative or digital services is a plus.
