Project Manager – Construction Projects (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept to completion. The role is fully remote, operating on New York business hours, and focuses on delivering high‑quality outcomes for B2B and B2C clients.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with native‑speaker clients (both B2B and B2C).
• Execute and manage the full project lifecycle using ClickUp, from initiation through delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer data in HubSpot.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients to address needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, sales, and scheduling.

Required profile

• Engineering education or strong engineering experience.
• Proven ability to build and enhance client relationships.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to overcome client objections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ClickUp project‑management software.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM.
