Relationship Manager - Arabic Speaking

About the role

Exinity Group is seeking a commercially driven Relationship Manager who can convert qualified leads into active, engaged clients and grow an assigned portfolio. The role focuses on client activation, deposits, trading activity, retention and sustainable revenue growth while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and convert qualified leads generated by Marketing and Partnerships within agreed service levels.
• Guide prospects through onboarding, funding and initial trading, addressing objections and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with assigned clients through regular, personalised engagement across voice, social and digital channels.
• Monitor client activity, encourage deposits and trading, and work to reactivate dormant accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations, Payments, Product, Compliance and other functions to ensure seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on client success and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills to understand client needs and objectives.
• Ability to meet activation, funding and conversion targets while maintaining a client‑first approach.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
