Remote HR Recruiter & Project Manager (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can also act as a recruiter and project manager for our US‑based clients. The position is fully remote and part‑time, allowing you to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process and support hired candidates throughout their assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on relevant platforms and screen incoming CVs.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates for client interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with US teams, sharing CVs and updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hired candidates, providing project‑level support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or a closely related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple candidates or projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to be available for occasional early‑morning calls aligned with US time zones.
