Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective learners or partners, and hold needs-based conversations
• Present program options that match their goals
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams so the experience runs smoothly from first contact through enrollment
• Provide ongoing support, share product knowledge and give feedback to improve sales processes and customer engagement

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Sales and sales management skills to manage pipelines, close deals and meet or exceed targets
• Training experience to explain program offerings clearly
• Goal-oriented mindset, analytical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced, education-focused setting
• Prior experience in education, training or consulting is beneficial
