Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Sales Consultant to join our brand‑new Korean skin‑care boutique in Yerevan. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping them discover and choose the right products for their skin needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Identify client needs through effective questioning and suggest appropriate skin‑care solutions.
• Manage the sales process confidently, from product presentation to transaction completion.
• Maintain a tidy, attractive store environment.
• Participate in promotional photo‑ and video‑shoots for advertising and social media when required.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer‑oriented attitude.
• Interest in cosmetics and skin‑care trends.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Previous experience in retail sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in shift patterns.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication in Armenian (good Russian; English considered an advantage).
• Effective product presentation and sales techniques.
• Professional appearance and personal grooming.

• Shift schedules: 10:30‑17:30 or 14:00‑21:00.
