Sales and Subscription Operations Assistant

About the role

We sell B2B software and related services to customers in the US. The sales team is US‑based, while this role supports them from Armenia, keeping the sales process organized and running smoothly. This is a high‑trust support position where accuracy, good English, attention to detail, and reliability are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the CRM with up‑to‑date accounts, contacts, opportunities, stages, next steps and notes.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, order forms and other sales documents using existing templates, checking pricing, part numbers, quantities and terms.
• Process orders, coordinate license fulfillment and invoice‑related tasks, and schedule meetings across Armenia‑US time zones.
• Send meeting agendas, recaps and follow‑ups, and produce simple weekly reports on pipeline, open quotes and stalled deals.
• Be the first point of contact for US salespeople, responding to chats and emails during working hours and flagging issues such as incorrect pricing or missing POs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (AUA preferred) and fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable communicating daily with US‑based salespeople and working consistently during US‑overlap hours.
• Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.
• Previous sales support, sales operations or administrative experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
