Pro Product Specialist – Convex

About the role

Join ServiceTitan’s Pro Product Excellence team as a Pro Product Specialist focused on the Convex portfolio. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption, retention, and ROI for residential and commercial service companies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a book of business alongside ServiceTitan Customer Success Managers, ensuring Pro Product success and customer retention.
• Analyze adoption data and account trends to uncover insights, customize solutions, and mitigate risks.
• Expand product knowledge to address diverse customer questions and assess fit.
• Collaborate with Pro Implementation and Pro Account Management teams, providing feedback on onboarding and utilization.
• Deliver ongoing optimization discussions, specialized support, and own customer outcomes.
• Foster a high‑trust environment that encourages referrals, social connections, and future adoption.
• Participate in feedback loops with Product to translate customer experience into product improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts with a proven success record.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments and pays strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects using data‑driven decisions, and work through ambiguity.
• Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Intermediate understanding of value drivers in recurring‑revenue business models; sales experience is a plus.
