Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will act as the primary interface with key customers in Armenia, ensuring commitments are met and driving business growth for ASBIS Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen long‑term partnerships with existing customers and partners within the assigned territory.
• Identify and attract new customers, expand the client base, and uncover opportunities to increase sales volume and gross profit.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, pricing, supply volumes and other conditions with partners.
• Achieve quarterly and annual targets for sales, gross profit, shipment volumes and other key metrics.
• Maintain regular communication with partners regarding product assortment, marketing activities, stock availability and operational processes.
• Monitor product availability at partner locations and collaborate on procurement planning and sales forecasting.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, new product launches and other sales‑driving activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, confidentiality and business communication standards.

Required profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in a sales role.
• Proven knowledge of the local Armenian market.
• Excellent customer orientation, networking ability and result‑driven mindset.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Russian.
• Strong analytical skills, stress tolerance and independent decision‑making.
