Sales Manager – Ventilation Solutions

About the role

Systemair Armenia is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sale of its ventilation solutions across the Armenian market. Based in Yerevan, the role combines on‑site client interaction with remote work, offering a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the HVAC, construction and engineering sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing consultants, contractors and end‑customers.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, product presentations and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local building regulations.
• Accurately forecast sales, report performance and contribute to the regional sales plan.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B technical sales, preferably within HVAC, ventilation or construction.
• Strong negotiation, lead generation and account‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Armenian and English; Russian or other regional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Basic technical understanding of ventilation or building systems.
