Senior Architect

About the role

MG Design Studio is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design of innovative projects in Yerevan. The role involves taking concepts through to detailed documentation and construction, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and compliance with local codes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to completion for multiple projects.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications and BIM models.
• Ensure designs comply with Armenian building regulations and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with clients to capture requirements and deliver compelling presentations.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP and interior design teams to create integrated solutions.
• Guide junior architects, review their work and foster professional growth.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and communication with contractors and consultants.

Required profile

• Strong background in architecture with experience leading complex projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; professional registration a plus.
• Proven project‑management abilities and experience in sustainable design.
• Ability to work on‑site in Yerevan and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.
