About the role

Alan is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Hands‑on) to join the first team in Armenia. You will play a pivotal part in building the next generation of prevention‑focused health insurance and care services, working closely with product, design and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow an engineering team delivering Alan’s health platform in Armenia.
• Contribute hands‑on to code, architecture and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate product vision into reliable, scalable solutions.
• Ensure high‑quality engineering practices and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong hands‑on technical background with a track record of delivering complex software products.
• Passion for health‑tech and a commitment to improving preventive care.
