Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its core engineering team. You will lead the design and delivery of major product features, working across both backend and frontend layers while leveraging modern AI‑augmented development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement end‑to‑end user‑facing features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to prototype and ship new functionality.
• Maintain a balance of roughly 70% hands‑on coding and 30% mentorship, requirement analysis, and technical leadership.
• Operate and refine the integrated AI ecosystem to boost engineering velocity across the stack.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams, customers, and partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily building scalable backend systems.
• Degree (B.S., M.S., or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of core engineering principles such as MVC, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and algorithms.

Required skills

• C# and .NET (ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs)
• Relational databases – Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent
• Version control with Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, Visual Studio, JIRA
• HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Browser internals, DevTools profiling, performance analysis
• Single‑page application architecture – component‑driven UI, state management, client‑side routing, lazy loading, code splitting, rendering optimization
