Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node/React)

About the role

We are a remote‑first engineering team building a platform that helps insurance agencies train staff, manage licenses, and integrate with payment, CRM and learning‑management systems. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will own large parts of the product, from data model to UI, and ensure reliable production operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and ship end‑to‑end features using a Node.js (TypeScript) backend and React front‑end.
• Own integrations with third‑party payment, CRM, licensing and LMS providers, handling API upgrades and webhook contracts.
• Maintain and evolve cloud infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containerised services, networking, secrets and cost optimisation.
• Monitor production, triage incidents, write runbooks and perform safe data fixes and maintenance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands‑on Node.js (TypeScript) and React.
• Proven ability to design and version REST APIs and relational data models, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred), infrastructure as code and Docker‑based deployments.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and event‑driven systems (queues, webhooks, retries).
• Comfortable supporting production systems, reading logs/traces and writing clear post‑incident notes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and ability to work independently in a remote, small‑team environment.
