Senior Google Ads Specialist

About the role

TCF is looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead the full‑stack strategy for its crowdfunding and e‑commerce clients. You will own campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube, turning data into actionable scaling decisions that improve ROAS and CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and manage campaign structures, bidding strategies and budget allocations.
• Conduct structured tests on bids, audiences and ad copy, and translate results into scaling actions.
• Analyse complex performance data, perform comprehensive account audits and deliver strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Troubleshoot tracking, compliance and delivery issues to maintain smooth operations at scale.
• Present performance results and strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing Google Ads accounts with proven ROAS or CPA improvements.
• Hands‑on expertise across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display and YouTube campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including tracking and attribution.
• Experience handling significant budgets with a focus on profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and communicate performance insights clearly.
