About the role
Lead all on‑site installation activities for large‑scale unitized façade projects from mobilization through to final handover.
Key responsibilities
- Plan installation sequences and supervise installation teams, subcontractors, crane operations, logistics, quality and HSE.
- Monitor productivity, installation progress, quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, consultants, contractors and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large‑scale unitized curtain‑wall or modular façade projects, with at least 150,000 m² of unitized façade systems delivered.
- Strong knowledge of façade installation methodology, lifting operations, glazing, waterproofing, QA/QC and HSE.
- Fluent English with strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
