Strategy Analyst

About the role

The Strategy Analyst will support the Strategic Development Directorate by consolidating internal and external data, producing management reports, and providing insight into market trends and business performance. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze strategic indicators, business KPIs and performance metrics to uncover trends, deviations and key drivers.
• Prepare regular strategic reports and analytical materials for senior management.
• Monitor industries relevant to the Group, delivering targeted industry analyses and competitor assessments.
• Evaluate market developments, structural changes and industry dynamics.
• Conduct preliminary analysis of new strategic ideas, projects, partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a reliable database used by the Strategic Development Directorate.
• Improve automation of recurring reporting and analytical processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate finance, business planning or commercial analytics.
• Proven ability to prepare analytical reports and presentations for top management.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and consolidating information from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Power BI (or similar Business Intelligence tools)
