About the role

EcoVille Holding is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive the growth of its product portfolio across the holding’s companies. The role focuses on promoting renewable energy and power solutions, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Present and promote the company’s products and solutions, including solar systems, batteries, accumulators, ventilators, heat pumps, and electricity supply.
• Conduct technical and commercial negotiations with customers.
• Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial customer engagement to final transaction.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the energy sector.
• Technical knowledge of battery systems, inverters, solar energy systems, heat pumps and the broader energy industry.
• Practical skills in organizing and executing sales activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to build effective customer relationships.
