About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager who will build and maintain relationships with retail customers, drive sales growth, onboard new sales points and develop strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the retail sector.
• Onboard new stores, supermarkets, minimarkets and other retail outlets.
• Manage an existing client portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing sales volumes.
• Work with each client to expand order size, purchase frequency and product assortment.
• Present and promote company products to retail points and networks.
• Negotiate prices, discounts and cooperation terms.
• Supervise product presentation and availability at sales locations.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and finance teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and sales development opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in food, FMCG or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of the retail sales sector.
• Proven ability to prospect, acquire new customers and develop partnership relationships.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of Armenian; Russian and/or English are a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to make regular client visits.
