About the role

Arpisolar is looking for a proactive and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the acquisition of new customers and nurture existing relationships. The role involves the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while representing the company’s solar solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Present the company’s services and tailored solar solutions.
• Analyse customer needs and propose effective, value‑adding proposals.
• Negotiate terms and manage the entire sales process to closure.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients post‑sale.
• Track and achieve the defined sales plan targets.
• Utilise the company’s CRM system to record activities and manage pipelines.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Own a personal vehicle.
• Previous experience in sales (considered an advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Initiative, self‑motivation and a focus on achieving results.
