VP Finance

About the role

BlueThrone is seeking a hands‑on VP Finance to own the company’s financial engine end‑to‑end. Reporting directly to the founders, you will drive strategic finance, M&A, investor relations and global compliance for a fast‑growing portfolio of mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the group financial model, budget and rolling forecast.
• Transform portfolio‑level app data into actionable unit‑economics (LTV, payback, cohort profitability, ROAS).
• Partner with founders and COO on capital allocation for app investments and acquisitions.
• Lead financial underwriting, due diligence and post‑close integration of acquisition targets.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders and investors; structure and refinance debt financing.
• Oversee group consolidation, cash‑flow management, treasury, tax strategy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain audit‑ready financial reporting and lead legal reporting to regulators.
• Manage and mentor the finance team, scaling the function as the organization grows.

Required profile

• Certified CPA.
• Extensive experience in mobile apps, consumer subscription or B2B tech subscription businesses.
• Proven track record in FP&A, controlling and strategic finance leadership.
