Account Manager, MENA Region

About the role

digitainsoftware is looking for an experienced, English- and Turkish-speaking Account Manager to act as the main point of contact for its partners. The role focuses on account growth, partner satisfaction and building long-term, trusting relationships with key business executives and stakeholders, while working with the sales team to meet quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, stakeholders and sponsors
• Act as a primary reference and business consultant for assigned partners via email, phone, online presentations and in-person meetings
• Communicate with partners at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
• Manage partner projects and client goals while meeting company goals
• Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and satisfaction
• Identify and develop new business and growth opportunities with partners
• Escalate challenging requests to the right departments and follow up on solutions
• Analyze customer usage and partner behaviour, forecast and track account metrics
• Share improvement suggestions and market research with senior staff and stay up to date with products and industry trends

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven account management, sales or business development experience
• Advanced Armenian, excellent Turkish and English; Russian is a plus
• Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels, and to deliver client-focused solutions
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and prioritize competing tasks
