About the role

ArMa Global is a membership-based community for founders, senior executives and investors focused on growth, new markets and meaningful collaborations. The High-Ticket Closer manages the full sales cycle for high-value membership and partnership opportunities, from first contact through final agreement. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Yerevan, Armenia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for high-value membership and partnership deals, from initial contact to closing.
• Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls.
• Present tailored solutions and address objections.
• Ensure timely and professional deal closure.
• Work closely with founders and senior team members to refine offers and align sales messaging with member needs.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and related systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in closings and deal closure, especially in high-ticket or consultative sales.
• Background in customer service and client relationship management, with a focus on responsiveness and follow-through.
• Experience working with founders, executives or investors is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in sales, business development or account management; a degree in business or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Comfortable in a hybrid setting in Yerevan, able to manage time and priorities independently.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Familiarity with escrow processes or structured transaction management for high-value agreements.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, online meeting platforms and basic productivity software.
