Accountant – Financial Records & Tax Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial transactions, preparing tax reports, and ensuring compliance with Armenian accounting legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Process financial records, including bills, accounts payable and receivable, and invoices using an E‑invoicing program.
• Document financial transactions by entering account information.
• Prepare payments after verifying supporting documentation.
• Compile special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account data and trends.
• Prepare monthly tax reports (VAT, income tax, tax certificates, payment statistics, etc.).
• Generate orders for banking transactions.
• Ensure all accounting and tax procedures comply with current Armenian legislation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Armenian tax legislation and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in English and Russian is a plus.
