Accountant – Tax & Financial Reporting

About the role

WISE LLC is seeking a responsible, proactive accountant to join its professional team. You will support local and international clients by ensuring accurate accounting and tax processes in compliance with Armenian legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain company accounting records according to Republic of Armenia regulations.
• Prepare and submit tax, financial, and statistical reports.
• Issue and record tax invoices, and process accounting documents.
• Handle bank and cash transaction accounting.
• Calculate salaries, taxes, and mandatory payments.
• Control receivables and payables, and record income and expense transactions.
• Enter data into accounting software and generate management reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Armenian tax legislation and basic accounting principles.
• Fluent in Armenian and English (minimum B2 level); Russian is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the AS Accountant program.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
