AI Solutions Engineer (Pre‑Sales)

About the role

SoftConstruct is expanding its AI Center of Excellence and is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join the pre‑sales team in Yerevan. You will act as the technical bridge between AI products and B2B partner systems, turning AI capabilities into concrete business wins.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions throughout complex, high‑value sales cycles.
• Collaborate with client technical teams to capture architecture, integration requirements and constraints.
• Design and present scalable AI solutions, including APIs, data pipelines and system architectures tailored to each client.
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution validations and support implementation planning.
• Hand over approved solutions to delivery teams for smooth onboarding.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales and Engineering to influence product direction and create reusable solution patterns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre‑sales or technical consulting for B2B AI, SaaS or data‑driven products.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with APIs, system integrations and data pipelines.
• Ability to design scalable, client‑specific solutions.
• Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, GCP or Azure) and related certifications (preferred).
