B2B Manager

About the role

The B2B Manager will drive the growth of the company’s partner sales by attracting new B2B partners and expanding the presence of services in local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new B2B partners such as tourist agencies, corporate clients and sector partners.
• Conduct cold calls, send business correspondence and perform regular follow‑up.
• Develop partner relationships in Arab, Chinese and Indian markets.
• Organise meetings and negotiations, presenting services and cooperation opportunities.
• Prepare and dispatch commercial proposals.
• Maintain and update partner data in the CRM system.
• Achieve defined sales and partner‑development KPIs.
• Participate in exhibitions, business events and networking sessions.
• Prepare periodic reports and collaborate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Higher education in business, marketing, tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or partner relations.
• Tourism sector experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach and follow‑up.
• Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and responsible.
• Organised, flexible and able to work effectively with partners from diverse markets.

What we offer

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, half‑day on Saturday.
• Office location: Parpetsi Street, Yerevan.
• Salary: 200,000 AMD per month plus bonuses.
• Department: Sales, reporting to the department head.
