B2C Marketing Specialist – User Acquisition & Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2C Marketing Specialist to design and execute high‑impact campaigns that acquire and retain end‑users for CreedRoomz. You will own user‑acquisition initiatives, boost brand visibility, and manage community‑focused events such as tournaments and special promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, launch and optimise end‑to‑end B2C marketing campaigns and product promotions.
• Plan and run tournaments, contests and gamified player experiences.
• Collaborate with product, design, content and CRM teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Build and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, streamers, influencers and affiliate partners.
• Track, analyse and optimise the performance of all external partners and influencer campaigns.
• Leverage paid acquisition, social media, CRM/email, content marketing and in‑app promotions to increase brand exposure.
• Identify new channels, industry trends and strategic opportunities to grow market share.
• Define KPIs (CPA, LTV, ROI, conversion and engagement rates) and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of hands‑on B2C digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience managing vendors, affiliate networks and influencer/streamer collaborations.
• Deep understanding of multi‑channel digital marketing and player/user journeys.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
