About the role

ID Bank is looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join its team as a Business Analyst. The role focuses on analysing and designing CRM integrations and business processes within the bank’s ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse integration of the CRM system with internal banking and external services.
• Design and build business processes on the BPMN Creatio platform.
• Document business processes and develop user scenarios.
• Test implemented projects and ensure quality.
• Prepare technical specifications for integrators handling complex processes.
• Collaborate with system integrators, vendors and internal partners.
• Create and update user guides and instructions.
• Organise and conduct acceptance testing for various bank departments.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Experience with CRM/BPMN (Creatio) implementation is preferred.
• Project analysis experience, especially with external stakeholders.
• Project management background.
• Proficiency in developing user scenarios.
• Good knowledge of Russian for communication with integrators.
• Team‑player attitude, responsibility and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail and fast problem‑solving.
