Business Consultant

About the role

MB Consulting is seeking a Business Consultant to join its specialist, senior‑led advisory team. You will work on a varied portfolio of projects, ranging from business valuations and feasibility studies to strategic planning and infrastructure investment analyses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial, economic, industry and market analysis for private‑sector and public‑sector clients.
• Develop and maintain financial models, valuations, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, business plans, strategic reviews and investment appraisals.
• Analyse companies, capital markets, public policies and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare high‑quality reports, presentations, proposals and other client deliverables.
• Collect, structure, validate and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Participate in client meetings, interviews and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal specialists and external experts while managing multiple assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate finance, investment analysis, banking, audit or economic research.
• Fluent in English and Armenian; Russian is a plus.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA or progress toward them are advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial and quantitative analytical abilities.
• Experience with AI‑enabled tools, generative AI and workflow automation.
• Financial modelling, valuation, market research and economic analysis.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI‑generated outputs while maintaining data confidentiality.
