About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to provide comprehensive accounting and tax support for multiple client companies operating in Armenia. The role involves independent handling of accounting records, payroll, and regulatory compliance for businesses across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accounting and tax records for individual entrepreneurs (IP) and LLCs.
• Consult clients on business registration, legal form, and tax system selection.
• Onboard new clients and set up accounting from scratch when required.
• Prepare and submit mandatory tax and financial reports on time.
• Manage employee onboarding, personnel documentation, and payroll calculations.
• Handle primary documentation, bank operations, payments, and reconciliations.
• Liaise with tax authorities and other government agencies.
• Advise existing clients and monitor changes in legislation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in independent accounting and tax record keeping.
• Ability to manage several companies from different business sectors simultaneously.
• Experience in accounting outsourcing or consulting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Armenian accounting and tax legislation.
• Fluent in Armenian and Russian.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ArmSoft (Armenian accounting software).
• Experience using electronic reporting systems for tax filings.
