About the role
We are looking for a responsible, friendly and active team member to join our café floor staff. The role involves direct interaction with guests, handling orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve customers and process sales transactions.
- Provide product information and advice to guests.
- Operate the sales program and achieve sales targets.
- Decorate and arrange cakes.
- Assemble salads and other dishes.
- Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages.
- Collect and deliver orders to tables.
- Monitor product availability on the floor.
- Clear and clean tables, wash dishes and keep the work area tidy.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian (mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Cheerful demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Responsible attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Required skills
What we offer
- Daily wage of 7,000 AMD plus service percentage and tips.
- Shift schedules: first shift 08:30‑15:30, second shift 15:30‑22:30.
- Six‑day work week with one flexible day off.
