About the role
We’re hiring a full‑time, on‑site Carrier Sales Representative in Yerevan, Armenia. The role involves building carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and securing trucks for customer loads.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.
- Negotiate freight rates and secure trucks for customer shipments.
- Track shipments and resolve any transit issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
- Analyze margins and suggest cost‑saving opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient with standard office and communication tools.
- Fluent in English and Armenian.
- Available to work the 5 pm – 1 am shift, Monday‑Friday, on‑site in Yerevan.
