About the role
FreeStyle Group is seeking a results‑driven Chain Manager to lead the development and performance of its retail chain.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of retail stores.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company standards and procedures across all stores.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and their teams.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably overseeing multiple stores.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance.
- Fluency in Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
