Senior Sales Manager

About the role

You will sell subscription‑based product development, embedded senior developers, and CTO‑as‑a‑Service to companies in Armenia, primarily through face‑to‑face meetings. This is the first sales hire, working directly with the founder on technical questions and having full freedom to find clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify companies needing development teams, websites, or technical partners.
• Conduct cold outreach, leverage your network, referrals, and events to book meetings.
• Understand business problems and match them to the appropriate service offering.
• Prepare proposals with the founder, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships for monthly renewals and report weekly on pipeline activity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relations.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and face‑to‑face meetings with business owners.
• Ability to explain technical services in plain business language.
• Fluent, grammatically correct Armenian and organized to manage your own pipeline.
• Nice to have: prior experience selling services, an existing network among Armenian business owners, and sufficient English for client calls.
