Co‑Founder – Marketing & Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Co‑Founder to lead Marketing & Sales for our AI‑powered grant application platform. This remote, equity‑based partnership will shape the go‑to‑market strategy and drive revenue growth for a fast‑growing SaaS startup.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market plan for the AI product.
• Identify, acquire and nurture new clients across NGOs, research institutions and businesses seeking grant funding.
• Build the brand’s positioning, voice and public image from the ground up.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels.
• Build, manage and continuously optimise the sales pipeline and CRM.
• Own outreach, lead qualification, negotiations and closing of deals.
• Gather market and client feedback to influence product priorities.
• Represent the company at partner meetings, demos and industry events.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1+); additional European languages are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in online B2B or SaaS sales.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Proven ability to generate leads through cold email, LinkedIn outreach and prospecting tools.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence closing deals.
• Comfortable working with data, tracking KPIs and campaign performance.
• Startup mentality – comfortable with ambiguity, ownership and wearing multiple hats.
• Interest in the grants, nonprofit or research‑funding space is a strong plus.
