Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Specialist to join SoftConstruct’s compliance team. You will ensure B2B operations meet regulatory standards across all jurisdictions and support continuous improvement of our compliance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct B2B compliance monitoring and oversight across all jurisdictions.
• Execute regular Change Management checks, platform checks, back‑office process reviews, and umbrella monitoring.
• Monitor KYC process execution and due‑diligence activities.
• Oversee technical changes and reporting systems.
• Document monitoring results, identify non‑compliance risks and report findings to the Team Lead.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with the job description and labor code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in compliance monitoring, KYC/Due Diligence auditing, or regulatory review.
• Understanding of B2B compliance processes, Change Management, KYC, and Due Diligence practices in iGaming.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with experience in platform checks and back‑office oversight.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of Armenian or Russian is a plus.
