Content Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a tech‑oriented Content Management Specialist to join our Quality, Training and Content Management Department. The role combines creative writing with technical documentation, ensuring all product information is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand style.

Key responsibilities

• Create product descriptions for diverse end‑users.
• Develop quality content that enhances partners' knowledge of platforms, products, and services.
• Write and maintain user guides, manuals, and software update notes.
• Draft and edit customer‑facing emails, notifications, and internal messages.
• Produce scripts and content for video guides and other illustrative materials.
• Conduct in‑depth research on product‑related topics.
• Assist in creating learning materials and easy‑to‑understand instructions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather product insights.
• Edit and polish existing content to better meet end‑user needs.

Required profile

• Higher education in philology, linguistics, journalism, marketing or a related field.
• Fluent in Russian, English and Armenian.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing abilities across various styles.
• Ability to process large volumes of information and manage time effectively.
• Creative, flexible, analytical thinker with strong communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can work under high pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Video creation and synchronization capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of manual testing.
