Creative Producer – Social Discovery & AI‑Generated Content

About the role

Social Discovery Group is looking for a Creative Producer to lead the end‑to‑end creative testing framework for its female‑oriented social products. You will work remotely with a global team, turning data‑driven insights into compelling video and image assets that drive user acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the hypothesis‑to‑verdict pipeline, set data thresholds and stop‑loss rules for creative decisions.
• Generate creative hypotheses from performance data, competitor analysis and adjacent verticals.
• Brief and manage designers and AI‑generation tools (GenAI video/image platforms) and coordinate testing with the UA team.
• Analyze creative performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, IPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, cohort retention) and build a taxonomy of winning themes.
• Deliver weekly reports on the creative portfolio and drive iteration on successful concepts.

Required profile

• 2+ years in creative strategy or creative performance, preferably in high‑volume environments such as e‑commerce, gaming or dating.
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI video/image tools and ability to match tools to tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort handling large datasets, spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Excellent brief‑writing skills to enable smooth production without excessive back‑and‑forth.
• Fluent English (US market); video‑editing skills are a plus.
