Creative & Social Media Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Creative & Social Media Strategist to bridge our media buying and content production teams. You will define what campaigns run and why, shaping messaging architecture for international consumer‑tech, wearables, e‑mobility and lifestyle brands. The role also ensures paid and organic social stories stay aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse creative performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other paid channels (hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and diagnose success factors.
• Translate performance patterns into test roadmaps with clear hypotheses and report outcomes.
• Mine Reddit, competitor ads and customer interviews to extract real buyer language and build persona‑based messaging frameworks.
• Write copy (hooks, scripts, headlines, captions) that meets product and legal constraints.
• Create detailed creative briefs, define formats with designers, plan shoots or brief creators, and approve final assets before hand‑off.
• Collaborate with influencer specialists to turn creators into a reliable content supply and iterate briefs based on performance.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, research, copywriting and prototype visual assets; hand off larger AI‑generated content to specialist artists.
• Oversee organic social for each project at a high level, ensuring paid and organic posts tell a unified story.
• Maintain a library of high‑performing ads tagged by angle, format and platform, and develop reusable playbooks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in social media and content strategy, with a strong sense of audience and messaging.
• Proven track record of taking concepts from insight to brief to asset to measurable result.
• Direct‑response copywriting expertise with the ability to explain performance mechanisms.
• Fluency in Meta creative mechanics and how format shifts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
