Customer Onboarding & Sales Administrator

About the role

HogaTAR is seeking a warm, organized, and persuasive Customer Onboarding & Sales Administrator to guide parents through their first contact with the service up to the first ride. You will be the first voice parents hear, helping them feel confident that their child’s safety is in good hands.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, website forms, and social media.
• Understand each family’s schedule, routes, and special requirements.
• Present service packages and match families with the appropriate option.
• Follow up consistently until a decision is made.
• Coordinate with operations to verify route feasibility.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM (Airtable).
• Manage the waiting list and re‑contact families when new routes open.
• Support onboarding paperwork, contracts, and first‑ride preparation.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken communication, comfortable on the phone.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow‑through.
• Ability to stay calm and structured during high‑volume periods.
• Fluency in Armenian and Russian; English is a plus.
• Experience in sales, customer success, call centers, or client‑facing roles is beneficial.
