About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to manage customer inquiries across multiple digital channels. The role involves delivering accurate information about new and existing services, registering issues, and verifying subscriber data while upholding strict confidentiality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, chat messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Provide customers with up‑to‑date details on services and campaigns.
• Accurately record customer problems and requests in the system.
• Verify subscriber information and ensure data integrity.
• Adhere to company standards and maintain high confidentiality of customer data.
• Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and standards.
