About the role
The Customer Service Agent will be the first point of contact for our clients across multiple digital channels. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, chat, email and social media interactions, providing accurate information about our products and campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email and social media.
- Provide up‑to‑date information on new and existing services and promotional campaigns.
- Accurately record customer problems, requests and verification data.
- Validate subscriber information while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Adhere to company standards and service quality guidelines.
Required profile
- Fluency in Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- High stress tolerance and adaptability to shift work, including night shifts.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
