Customer Support Agent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support & Live Chat Agent to join CapitalXTend in Yerevan. The role starts remotely and will transition to a full‑time onsite position, providing real‑time assistance to traders via live chat, email and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional support through live chat, email and other communication tools.
• Assist customers with account set‑up, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals and platform navigation.
• Investigate and resolve issues, escalating complex cases to relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Stay informed on product updates, policies and procedures, and provide feedback on recurring issues.
• Meet individual and team KPIs such as response times and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Based in Yerevan and able to work full‑time onsite after the remote onboarding period.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills in English and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system for tracking customer interactions.
