Digital Marketing & Advertising Manager

About the role

DomusDomus is seeking a Digital Marketing & Advertising Manager to support the head of the Marketing department in managing the digital direction and coordinating the digital marketing efforts of multiple brands. The role will oversee end‑to‑end digital campaigns, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure that performance targets and KPIs are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Yandex, Pinterest and other channels.
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns.
• Control advertising budgets and track KPI performance.
• Maintain a campaign calendar and coordinate SMM and content plans.
• Define tasks for Design and Video teams and supervise their execution.
• Organise influencer and blogger collaborations.
• Handle Email, SMS, Viber, Telegram, Mobile App and other communication campaigns.
• Oversee the work of digital agencies.
• Continuously monitor competitors and digital trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or brands simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong organisational and proactive attitude.
