Director of Food & Beverage

About the role

The Alexander Luxury Collection Hotel in Yerevan seeks an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead its culinary and beverage operations. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will be responsible for delivering luxury‑standard dining experiences while driving profitability across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee each food and beverage outlet and banquet operation as independent profit centres.
• Develop and implement revenue‑maximising strategies, cost controls and forecasting models.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards in food preparation, beverage service, presentation and guest experience.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with hotel targets.
• Inspire, train and mentor a high‑performing F&B team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• 3–5 years proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or senior F&B leader in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and strategic management abilities.
• Deep knowledge of fine dining, beverage programmes, banqueting and luxury guest expectations.
• Excellent negotiation, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.
• Proficiency in English.
