Financial Organization Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Organization Auditor to join our audit team. You will support audit engagements by verifying the accuracy and compliance of financial organization records, preparing documentation, and contributing to high‑quality audit outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audit fieldwork to assess the accuracy and compliance of financial organization records.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data, producing comprehensive summaries for audit conclusions.
• Draft clear audit reports that outline background, scope, findings, and recommendations.
• Develop and present recommendations to resolve identified issues and improve resource utilization.
• Perform in‑depth research and gather information to support assigned audit projects.
• Oversee audit tasks to ensure deadlines are met according to the audit engagement plan.
• Prepare and maintain organized audit documentation in line with professional standards.
• Coordinate audit presentations and other deliverables for management.
• Collaborate with the responsible auditor to identify deviations in client accounting records and propose initial recommendations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (ACCA student status is a plus).
• 3‑5 years of relevant audit or financial analysis experience.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated excellence.
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS standards and a willingness to deepen expertise.
• Motivation for professional growth, ability to learn quickly, and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Armenian, Russian, and English.
• Team‑oriented attitude, ability to meet deadlines, and professional appearance.
