Fullstack QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack QA Engineer to join our banking QA team. You will manually test mobile banking apps and backend services, and help build and maintain automation for APIs and mobile applications that handle real money transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Test new features and run regression for iOS and Android apps.
• Test backend APIs and integrations, reviewing requests, responses and logs.
• Design and maintain test cases and checklists in TestRail.
• Build, maintain and run automated API tests with Postman and Newman in GitLab CI.
• Maintain and extend the existing Java/REST‑Assured API test framework, including TestRail integration and Allure reporting.
• Contribute to mobile UI test automation for iOS and Android, using native or cross‑platform tools.
• Prepare test data and accounts for both automated and manual runs.
• Participate in release checks, post‑release smoke testing and improve QA processes.
• Use AI tools to accelerate work and verify outputs.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Background in fintech, banking, payments or other finance‑related products.
• Strong test design skills, able to write test cases from brief descriptions.
• Hands‑on experience testing mobile apps on iOS and Android (TestFlight/Firebase builds).
• Proficiency in API testing (HTTP, REST, status codes, authorization).
• Ability to read and extend automated API tests in Java or Kotlin and create simple Postman/Newman scripts.
• Experience with proxy tools such as Charles or Proxyman.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Native Russian language proficiency.
