Product Operations Manager

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a Product Operations Manager to optimise the product lifecycle, improve cross‑functional communication and drive data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable processes for the entire product lifecycle, from launch to post‑launch iteration.
• Serve as the primary internal resource for Product Management, Engineering and Design teams, providing tools, documentation and streamlined workflows.
• Act as the operational liaison between product teams and external partners or vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Standardise and facilitate communication of product updates, launch schedules and strategic changes to internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing and Executive Leadership.
• Support go‑to‑market activities, including internal training, resource preparation and process adherence for product and feature launches.
• Help define and enforce consistent release cadences, ensuring QA, documentation and communication steps are executed on time.
• Identify operational risks, process inefficiencies or workflow gaps and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
• Own the process for collecting, centralising and synthesising customer feedback to deliver actionable insights to the product team.
• Partner with Data/Analytics teams to ensure product usage metrics and KPIs are tracked, documented and made accessible through dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong skills in process design, optimisation and cross‑functional coordination.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Design teams.
• Ability to manage and standardise stakeholder communication across internal and external partners.
• Familiarity with go‑to‑market workflows, product launch preparation and cross‑team enablement.
• Understanding of release management practices, including QA alignment, documentation flow and rollout procedures.
• Capability to identify operational risks and propose practical mitigation strategies.
